Ht. 5 3, Wt. 145 - omg im on day 3 of my excersise/diet program and i am still the same weight do u think its because im not excersing enough i mean i only do about 20 mins a day for breakfast i eat cereal at about 10:30 or 11:00 then lunch which is what ever they cook at home at about 4:00 then for dinner i usually have an appl or some other piece of fruit i need to get to a 135 by the time school starts plz help

you have only been doing it for 3 days!! It takes a lot longer than that to gain the weight so it will take a lot longer to lose it.
