Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - I was doing really well with my diet and exercise, but lately I have had trouble and gained some weight back. So I really want to get back into that, the main problem I have been having is with my food. I want to eat really balanced, but I don't know how to get myself to do that... any help?!?!

try not to eat so much and eat less food cut half of whatever you have

some might get mad at me, u might even disagree with what i have to say but im just trying to tell u what helped me by all means dont try this if u feel this is wrong, but what i did was water-fast for three days, and then start my diet, this shrinked my stomach so i wasnt able to eat much, and take vitaman B for energy to run those laps
