Ht. 5 3, Wt. 144 - well i lost one pound today and am now at 144 and today is my fourth day of diet and excerscise the main thing i do is excerscise everday and eat only when i am physically hungry wich is about every 6 to 7 hours i eat a good breakfast and lunch but i stay up pretty late so for a late time snack i eat fruit

actually you should eat every 3-4 hours so u can make your metabolism faster and you burn more calories when you eat and stuff. so try 5 small meals a day every 3-4 hours instead of a big meal every 6-7 hours itll be more effective this way. but u did great today with your diet!!
