Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Hey every one I have a problem where when i am trying to do sit-ups or something like that my back starts to hurt to where I can not even sit up.And i try to put something soft on the ground to help my back but it dose not work. Dose any one know how I can work my ABS with out getting on the floor?

Try doing them on an exercise ball. They seem alot harder at first, but they are much better.They work all of your abdominal muscels and are generally easy on your back.

you can lie in your bed and do crunches and leglifts, just make sure you dont have some type of back problem. i so see a doctor and ank about exersizing

crunches?? an abloung?? laying ont he ground lifting your legs and doing pulses?? There are lots of different thing than situps. Plus chances are if your hurting your back you might be doing them wrong.
