Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - ::Today:: breakfast : nothing / lunch : 1 lowfat yogurt / snack : 1 100-calorie pack of lowfat cheezits / dinner : 1/2 cup of green beans, 1 fye bread cracker, 1 piece of talapia fish. is this good?

The thing is, do you think you can eat like that your whole life? once you start crash diets u usually can't stay on them 4 long. and breakfast is the most important meal! jump starts ur body for calorie burning!
