Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - ::TODAY::
Breakfast = 1 lowfat vanilla yogurt cup
Lunch = small salad w/ 2 tbsp. raspberry vinigerrette, 3 strawberries, && 15 low fat sunships
dinner = not sure yet, probably two crackers with hummus and turkey.
EXERCISE = worked out for 2 hours

you need to eat more or eat larger portions or personally eat whole meals like meat and veggies campells receipes are the best really quick and heatlthy go to the website

Yeah, you won't lose weight without calories. As ironic as that sounds. Without them, your body hangs onto every little bit you eat. Aim for 1600-1800 if you're somewhat active. Personally, I aim for 2100 because I have basketball practice for three hours and than an hour and a half of running and lifting daily.
