Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - I'm so motivated yay! lol
anyways I'm gonna swim laps for 45-60 mins a day.. go to the weightroom when i can or a run. Dance around alot. Drink lotsa water, diet ice tea (0 cals) and eat special K, fruit, veggies, slimfast, tuna, sometimes for a treat a hot dog., salads, wraps. etc. What do u think? I wanna lose weight b4 my bday! july 31st.

you could probably lost about 6-8 lbs depending on if you are just starting being healthy. If you have been eating junk and you give your body good things you could drop 5lbs in the 1st week. Good luck!!
