Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - lol... i havent been here in a while... omg there are days that my diet has been goin good... other days bad! omg! But its the summer so i wanna encourage every1 2 do great on their health plans...
I just came from florida and well i wasnt eatin so healthy IHOP pancakes are just so gooooooooood! ...................................................... I have one problem can someone help me wit some advice 2 stop feeling hungry after i have eaten... and stop eatin wen i am full much love thanx

I would really like to congradulate you on being able to come up with a plan that time consuming and strict and be able to stick to it to lose weight!! Thats an insporation to me!! Thanks!!

Brush your teeth it really works wonders!! Then pop a piece of sugar free gum in a ment or cinnimin flavor!! Thats what I used to have to do to not over eat. Now it's habbit.

find something to do after you eat a meal and stay away from the kitchen, keep your mind off food by putting it on something else . you should try planning all your meals by writing it all down the night before making sure it all adds up to the calories you need ( 1500 maybe ? to lose weight) plan 5 "small" meals , breakfast , mid-morning snack, lunch , mid-afternoon snack and supper. this works for me because i know excalty what im eatign throughout the day and ive lost 30 poudns

Hey, I have the same problem at nighttime, getting those munchies under control that is. I find apples and ice cubes work well OH AND ALSO BRUSHING YOUR TEETH!
