Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey guys I'm really having trouble sticking to a healthy diet. I tell myself I won't eat certain things and then finding myself eating them anyways saying that I'll just start tomorrow. Nothing feels worse than breaking a promise to yourself. If you can't trust yourself, who CAN you trust? I need some *serious* motivation. I mean school is starting in less than 2 months (i think?) and that's motivation but it's not enough to keep me going for day and weeks and months! How do I lose 20 pounds fast? I feel like if I don't see results quickly, I give up.
I want to lose ATLEAST 10lbs by July 27th.
PLEASE HELP.

set a small goal. like insted of chips I will eat an apple all this week. If you can do that you will feel like you acomplished something. That sould make it all worth it to ditch the sweets and have nutrisous foods!!
