Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - i dont understand how some people are losing 3 lbs a week. i seriously feel like im just stuck. Ive been at this weight for a long time, and i excercise and eat ok. I usually bike for 30 minutes a day but now im thinking about jogging instead. it just feels ridiculous to go back on the scale and realize that you've been the same for a month or so.

yeah, add a little bit more intensity or time to your excerise. also, count your calories for a day or to because maybe your consuming more than you think you are. just because your eating healthy doesn't mean your not consuming to many calories. and look at the bright side, you haven't gained =). good luck and keep it up!

mabe u should add 10 min. i suggest walking/jogging also to make sure ur heart rate is up

is your heart rate up the whole time you are excersizing? Moving around for 30 minutes doesnt count--you have to really be pushing.
