Ht. 6'0, Wt. 172 - hello...so i see all of you excercize for 1-2 hours a day well i only run/walk a mile and a 1/2 350 crunches and 100 squats every monday and wednesday and go to volleyball for 2 hours on tuesday and thursday should i be doing more on monday and wednesday?ive been loseing lots of weight but i wanna be really fit and strong too...how many of you go to the gym?

It sounds like you're doing a great job. :) I used to go to the gym, but I don't anymore. Now I just go on my tredmill for two hours every day. My sister goes on the tredmill for thirty minutes every 5-7 days. And we're both doing pretty well with losing weight. :)

You don't have to exercise everyday. What your doing is fine, because you play volleyball, and sports really help with exercise

i go to the gym 3 times a week at least and walk the other 2 days i go at least 40 mins to an hour

omg, i tried out for volleyball in 7th grade [for the 8th grade team] and i didn't make it. i was so embarrassed. lol i wanna be on it this year. i thought i was really good , too. i should get a volleyball and start practicing. [[:
