Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - ugh, eating healthy is so hard. I just want to give up =(. but i can't. i wont. anyway, so far today i didn't do too too bad. for breakfast i had light yougurt and a kashi bar, but then for lunch i had a turkey sandwich on some kind of bread that wasnt white bread, and it also had 1 peice of cheese and a tiiiiny bit of light mayo. also i had tons of veggies and fruit. Like, probably atleast 3 cups. Which i know is bad because i Didn't portion it out but its all low cal. so maybe its ok?? anyway then for a snack i had 2 100 calorie packs. for excercise i walked abotu a mile to my friends house then we did a 55 miunute tae bo boot camp video. it was fun =). tongiht for dinner i think i'll make myself a wrap with chicken and lettuced (its about 300 calories) and maybe some salad because im going to the movies tonight and ill probably get something. anyway, did i do that bad today?

calorie packs are portioned out for a purpose...next time have only one calorie pack...because that's all you need for a snack! but other than that you did great!! try not to get anything real bad at that movie.. like if you get popcorn..SHARE!! don't eat it all! and stuff like that... but i know how you feel about the movies!! great job!
