try cutting down your bread because 4 pieces a day is not good for you because of the sucralose** and high fructose corn syrup my doctor told me to cut down to 1 piece a day at the most

It's very possible that you've hit a plateau in your weightloss (a plateau is where you're doing everything right but you just don't seem to be losing the pounds) This happens. It's completely normal. Your body doesn't understand the changes that it's undergoing so drastically. The best way to break a plateau is to speed up your matabolism. For one day (and one day only) eat nothing but apples. You can eat whenever you're hungry, but eat ONLY apples. Good luck.

also, try measuring your hips/waist/bust every few weeks, because you could be GAINING muscle and LOSING inches.

First of all, one pound a week is great. Keep it up, and eventually, you will lose all you want to. Second, make sure you mix up your exercise routine. Your body gets used to the same one, and it becomes more effecient, burning less calories, even though the numbers on the machine tell you a number, it's not necessarily the exact amount you lose. I think it depends on body composition, or something like that. Anyway, also, I'm not great with calories, but it seems like you are not eating that much. Maybe your metabolism has slowed down? Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge on food can help you with that. I do more research on exercise than diet, for some reason. Good luck, and remember, healthy weight loss is slow!!
