Ht. 5'2, Wt. between 185-190 - Im not sure how much i way because i havent checked in a while. It's like i dont want to know. I really want to start weight watchers again but my mom can't bc she has major stomach problems which allows her only certain foods. and there fore I can't which really sucks because i love weight watchers. Idk maybe i can talk her into it. But i feel like I wanna cry right now bc i cant do this by myself and I am all i got right now. I dont have the motivation I need. I am real lazy. And to top it off my sleepping schedule is real screwed up. I need someones help to come up with ways to stick to loosing weight. Good ways. And maybe I can loose a couple lbs by the time school starts and maybe like 30 by christmas. I really really hope. I start school september 8th. How much do you think is possible. I need excersing tips. and motivation tips. I need to make myself happy, i need to do this for me. Also, i want to start yoga. Reply from ashley, Age 14 - 07/17/06 - IP#: 82.194.62.xxx number one u need 2 get up! dont sit there saying i cant do it because u can !! be positive and u will acheave ur goal. start something simple like walking 4r 30 mins a day .. and if u can jog do that,, eat three meals but lower portions .and allow yourself 2 have 2 healthy snacks like all the vegetables u want and some fruit . or strawbery yougort energy bars and stuf keep busy so u dont have to deal with temptaions, crank up the music and dance 2 points ur working out and having fun let ur motavation be something fun like if i slim down in time 4r school ill go shoping 4r clothes and feel good, ill be more confident ill feel better ,and ill be healthy ,wake up in the morning being saying: i can do this and u will sooner or l8r u will learn that only U CAN help urself gd luck and all the best2 u srry for the length .. lol
