Ht. 5'8, Wt. 182 - Ok so today for breakfast i had a kashi bar (180 calories) and rasberries (about 60 calories). then for lunch i had a wrap with chicken and lettuce (about 260 calories) a plum (30 calories) and some grapes (100 calories). then later for a snack i had a 100 calorie pack (100 calories). for dinner i had a lean pocket (280 calories) and a salad with lightceasar dressing (about 90 calories). So so far today i had about 1110 calories, which isn't enough but im going to my friends house later and we'll probably have cookies =(. ill try to only have one or two but.. anyway im really posting because i need ideas for good exercise. what do you guys do thats actually FUN?

I LOVE to do bellydance and its like not hard like Shakira makes it look... here are a few websites.... bellydanceshop.com, tulumba.com ... they have great bellydancing sutff.. and if u decide to do it look for cds by Hossam Ramzy, Mezdeke ( especially volumes 3,4,6) and Gobek Daslari they are the best!!!! Reply from Deb, Age 18 - 07/17/06 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx i can't stress enough how much i love those at home work out videos.. try fitTV if you have it!! oh they have some awesome workouts on there!! but yeah, "walk away the pounds" and "billy's boot camp" ..those are soo good! also. i love to swim! swiming uses all your muscles and is also cardio..if you can swim laps anywhere..do that..but just swimming in the pool with friends and stuff is good exercise too!

Try to add in some nuts and or trailmix type things for some healthy calories and fat. About the exercise thing... i like swimming, softball, dance,soccer, and volleyball.Have fun this summer!
