Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey y'all! Just checking in to say what I've eaten today...
9:30 AM - glass of 1% milk with protein shake mixed in (lots of vitamins : vitamin D, B12, vitamin C, vitamin A, fibre, calcium..all sorts!
1:00 PM - pita bread sandwich (turkey, lettuce, mustard, light cheese)
3:30 PM - 2 vegitarian soft tacos
9:00 PM - 1oz of steak (1 serving) with steamed broccoli and onions.
I think I did really well today:)

Actually it really doesnt matter what time you eat late or not.. its just usually late night eaters eat their dinner plus late night snacks.. which results in going over in calories
