Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - at first i biked 30 minutes and have not lost weight with eating pretty healtyh and drinking 2+ liters of water everyday.
i started jogging 30 minutes everyday for the past 2 weeks and do not drink any soda at all only water. and i have not lost any thing. what am i doing wrong? its seriously a bummer!

yeah like kaylee said. your body may be gaining muscle because of your sudden excersize. also dont eat ALOT of healthy foods. Even healthy foods have to be portioned, just eat until your no longer hungry not until you feel full, because that tends to be alot! If measuring doesn't show any results you may want too kick up your excersize routine a tad bit more. i know its hard but you can do it! good luck!!!

mesure don't weigh it's a lot more accurate. Also give it time the pounds will come off.
