Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145lbs - How much weight do you think I could lose if I did the following?
- Cut out junk food completley, except maybe once a week 100 calories worth (I eat at least 300 calories worth of junk food every day)
- Do a 50 minute kickboxing video 5x a week
- Did lunges/squats/etc 3x a week for 20 minutes
- Drank lots of water
- Eat no more then 1300 calories a day.
How much do you think I could lose? thanks

Doing all of that there is no chance in the world that you WOULDNT loose weight. I hope you can be as "super woman" as that program sounds. Also, unless you can do that for the rest of your life, you will gain any weight you loose back... Good luck with that

Well your not really overweight... so it would take a while.. and a lot of hard work... when are you setting your goal to?
