Ht. 5'5, Wt. 178 G-160 - I am just 18 pounds away from my goal. Any one have any tips for how to lose it and fast ( but not to fast I do not want to hurt myself )and not gain it all back? after I reach 160 my new goal will be 150 and so on till I reach 135.
And as you can see I am setting my goal just to lose 10 pounds at a time so I am not stressed out about how much weight I have to lose, if I told my self I have to go from 178 to 135 I would be to stressed out and never make it. K well good luck to all and please reply. THanxs

Well, I don't know if you have lost any already or if you are just starting out, but if you had lost some already, keep doing what your doing! It is obviously working. If you are just starting, cut back on the sweets and soda, drink plenty of water. Also, do cardio exercise, like walking or running, 3-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes!

You have good goals. Probably the safest way, and effective is going slow. I can't really say anything else, because I don't know your eating habits and exercise. Try cardio 3-5 times a week, an hour each day. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies. If you eat bread/pasta/grains, try for wheat. Like wheat bread, wheat pasta. Drink lots of water! I'm sure you know all of this though lol good luck
