Ht. 5'2, Wt. 197 yup i gained - well me and my friends have been getting up together at 9 to go walk at my local track wat we do is that we all call each other in the morning and noone takes no for anwser so if u say no to one of ur friends she wont let u everyone agrees that if you have to get up wants everyone is at the track we all run around the track one time and some of my friends are in shape so they kinna push u to wanna keep up with them so then we run that 1st lap and then if u cant run anymore then u walk and then ur 3rd or 4th lap u run again it feels great after u have done it for a while.

thats awesome!!! keep up the work. friends can be a great help. Umm, for food tips, i would suggest that you start out slowly. I've done it, and it is so much easier than changing everything all at once. I know it sounds corny, but at least think about it. Make a list of all the things you want to improve (give up soda, eat less chocolate, drink more water...)and each week pick one, maybe two things you want to work on. Just concentrate on that. If you do not feel comfortable with the last weeks thing, do it for another week. Again, i know it sounds stupid, but i thought i would throw it out there just for the fun of it.
