Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Every evening, from 11pm to Midnight I like to just be alone and watch Roseanne reruns and knit or play on the computer. Only problem is that is the time I get REALLY hungry, so I eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (which is the serving size). I realize now that it could be why I am not losing weight anymore because it is so late at night. Today is the first day that I am giving it up. Wish me luck because I love Peanut Butter. Also, my carb intake is too high, so I am either going to eat my tortilla veggie wrap or oatmeal everyday, not both. I'll substitute the calories with high protein egg whites and fruits/veggies. I need to lower my hydrogenated ingredient intake too, and I couldnt find any organic tortillas, so the tortillas will be my only source of that type of ingredient (unless I find my own recipe). Organic peanut butter will be my PB fix DURING THE DAY WHEN I CAN WORK IT OFF. sigh. I really want to fit comfortable into a size 14 by the end of the summer because i want to get nicer clothes for school.
Reply from Teresa, Age 15 - 07/29/06 - IP#: 69.85.150.xxx You don't need to give up peanut butter. Maybe giving up your wrap or oatmeal once a day is good. maybe switch every other day? Try eating a little bit of your peanut butter with a green apple. or regular apple if you like. i tired this and it keeps you really full and tastes really yummy. i also got it off of a weight watchers success stories, so you might want to try that! good luck!!! Also if your still hungry after cutting down carbs and whatnot just try eating alot of low cal fruits like lots of grapes, strawberries and cantelope! =D
