Ht. 5'9, Wt. 212.7 - ok well i weighed myself today and its been six days and if that scale is right then i lost 3.9 pounds. im kinda dissapointed cuz i thought i could do better. but im looking at it like this. i would rather eat less and exercise and lose weight slowly than eat whatever i want and gain weight fast. you guys dont think that im not eating enough do u, i eat 1200 calories or less a day and i walk anywhere from 40 min to 1 hr 20 min a day. j/w i really want this sooooo bad lol

Any loss is GREAT loss :) you're doing amazing and if you keep it up the weight will come off. Anywhere from 2-3 lbs a week is healthy. Being at almost 4 lbs a week I'd say you're kicking your own butt! Great job:)

I know how you feel, you work and work and it just doesn't seem to drop off fast enough eh? but personally, your doing great! And, i agree with your philosphy. Just wish i can keep to it my self. XD
