Ht. 5'9, Wt. goal:170 - ever since I started my diet like a week and a half ago, I have realized that it is really hard to eat 2000 calories in one day. I only eat anywhere from 1000-1200. Once I actually started counting calories, and knocked out the food that didnt help my diet, I am not as hungry anymore. The only way I can consume 1200 in one day is if I have a snack after dinner. I guess I always thought that only eating 1200 would leave me starving, but really, I'm never hungry! It's crazy what your mentallity can do for you if you set goals!

thats awsome! but make sure to never go below that or your body will lose important nutrients! but im happy that your able to stick to it! good luck!
