Ht. 5'9, Wt. goal:170 - Yesterday 'tammy' posted a message asking what she should get for dinner. Well I have another suggestion. Go to Subway and get a salad. You can get any kind of meat on there that you want. Also, any veggies that you want. They are soooo good! I always get the Turkey and Ham, with Fat Free French dressing. It adds up to about 250 calories for the whole thing. And I must tell you, it is very filling!

Just check out the nutritional guides that they have. (The reason I know all this is because I work at Subway).
Reply from Caitlyne, Age 15 - 07/30/06 - IP#: 206.47.27.xxx Although subway is an excelent choice, the bread alone adds up to 250 calories, plus the toppings and meat another 250 calories. That's a 500 calorie dinner, which is a *VERY* reasonable ammount for dinner! (I loooove subway) :)
