Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 - so far i've lost an inch off my waist i've been doing 100 situps/crunches/dips/kicks/punches/leglifts and 50 jumping jacks/ over hand claps a day and 3/4 times a week i walk for 30 minutes am i doing good or does anybody have any other suggestions?? *tips would also be much appreciated ;)*

Well you are just doing great! Im trying to think of tips... but your doing great.. is your eating good? min 1200-1500 cal? Maybe get your heart going a lil faster for a jog instead of walk, i dono your doing great
