Ht. 5'9", Wt. G: 30+ lbs lighter - STAY AWAY FROM THE WHITE BREADS! & try to eat less of potatos & white rice ect. white bread is the #1 thing that goes right to wherever you store fat. & its really hard to lose. i stopped eating it a while ago, & all i have is 100% whole wheat. make sure to look at the ingredients for "whole wheat flour." stay away from the "enriched" stuff.

i try to eat like whole grain stuff too. brown rice, whole wheat bread , etc. i actually fuller as well. but potatoes are perfectly healthy.

Potatos and white rice (steamed or back without added fatts) are great for you..
