Ht. 6'0, Wt. 145 - TOP 5 TIPS
1. pre make food
2. do something active with your friends
3. dont wiegh yourself until your sure you lost at least 5 pounds
4. if you need something sweet eat fruit or peas, just something healthy and sweat.
5. if you must have something unhealthy, hold out until later in the afternoon, this way you dont loose control and eat it all day long.

most of her tips are NOT incorrect. plus, i would like to get tips from people like that. and waiting to weigh yourself is a good idea. because a lot of times people get frustrated when they weigh themselves and there is no weight loss. but this way, if you feel like you've lost weight. then you can check.

Most of your info is incorrect. How can someone tell they already lost 5 pounds? Your body isn't physic (sp?) anyways you shouldn't even be on here
