Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - yay. you don't have to respond to this, just some info. if you want to lose 1 pound a week, watch what your eating, and you need to burn 500 calories a day. if you want to lose to pounds you need to burn 1000 calories a day. :] I finally get it.

*claps* good job!! Some might look at it as eating 500 calories less and burning 500 calories more than you normally do. when you start thats how it should be looked at anyways.
