Ht. ***, Wt. *** - Heya. Well. I have stopped my diet for a week. But now I'm ready to get back on it. To start, I would like to lose ten pounds. It will gradually go another ten and maybe another..iunno. But so far. I'd like to lose ten in a month. Tips? Anyone lose this amount or more in a month, please tell me what you did. Thanks3

I exercise everyday, no matter how tired I am. And drink lots of water. Start exercising with something you like to do, like I started off with TaeBo because it is really fun. Good luck.

Portion control. 3 balanced meals a day (protein, carbohydrates and fat) Go to www.fitday.com its an amazing site for counting calories. Try to eat between 1250-1650 depending on your height and weight. Good Luck! (drink LOTS of water... I drink 3L a day!) It literally flushes fat out!
