Ht. 56, Wt. 154 - Hey. Today i tried to eat healthy. I had a small bowl of grapes. 3 thin slice peices of smoked deli ham. and 1 boiled egg. i don't know how many calories and what not are in each. So i was hoping some one more knowledageable about this stuff could possibly tell me. Or atleast tell me if that was good or not.

You might be thinking that hunger pangs and eating very little help you loose weight, but they don't. This is because while you think your "dieting", your body thinks you're starving and conserves EVRY LAST MORSEL YOU EAT! Eat grains, protein, lean meat,fish, fruit, veggies, and drink lots of water. Avoid too much salt, sugar (except in fruit), and soda. You do need to have SOME fat in your diet, however, so eat lowfat dairy products insead of fat free ones. As far as exercise, do something fun like swim, roller skate, or bike. Please, don't go around eating grapes and deli meat all day!
