Ht. 5'3, Wt. 144 - Hey guys. Everyones helped me on here today so I have a better plan in mind...just the normal portion control and exercise deal. Anyway, right now I am a size 11 and I am only moderately overweight, but my ideal goal is to be a size 5-7.
Tomorrow, I'm going to have banana walnut instant oatmeal for breakfast with a peach, and I just registered on fitday.com for a free weight loss journal.
I'm really excited to start!
Anyway, I'm going to Buenos Aires, Argentina on December 20th and its going to be summer there. I would love to be 115 by then! Do you guys think its possible to lose 29 pounds in four months? Or should I shoot for a shorter goal, like 20 lbs?

thanks a lot. I signed up on fitday.com for the free weight loss journal. actually, since yesterday, I've lost .5 of a pound, but I guess its probably water weight.

If you lose 2 pounds a week it will talk to about 11/8 but if you only lose 1 pound a week, it will take until about Febuary.

Yeah. I think its possible. I'm shooting for 130 by thanksgiving and right now I am 160. I am using this sight called sparkspeople.com. It really helps me. It keeps track of how many calories you eat in a day and how many calories you burn in a day. You should try it. You have to be 18, but its not like they check that stuff...
