Ht. 5'3", Wt. 203 - So far this year I have been way off with my diet and everything. Luckily I have maintained my weight, but I really wanted to have lost a whole bunch of weight by now. I discovered this site about a year ago, and I have lost 15 pounds. But none to speak of so far this year. But I am finally ready to get back on track. I have a job at this restaurant that has healthy food, so I think that will help alot, since I eat it for lunch every day that I work there. My problem is, after I eat lunch, in the afternoon I tend to eat A LOT of sweets and junk food. I need to find a way to overcome these cravings!!! I am trying to drink more water and exercise more too. So my goal is to lose somewhere around 30 pounds by the end of the year, is that good and possible for me???

Yeah, I think it is possible. I think that if you go to Sparkspeople.com, it would be good for you. It tracks how many calories you eat in a day and how many calories you burn in a day. I just started, and it has been helping me.

Anything is possible if you work hard enough and are dedicated :) I believe you can do it if you do these to things, follow a healthy diet, exercise for 30 mins a day. If you have cravings distract yourself with things you like to do.
hope this helped some! good luck:)
