Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Lunch: salad (w/ chicken, greens, tomatoes and cheese) piece of bread with tad of butter, apple, 1% choc milk, water. Later I had a fat free frozen yogurt. NEWS ALERT: Everyone's saying that 3 glasses of milk a day builds muscle and keeps you lean! I'm aiming to drink more milk now...

They mean three servings. Don't drink three tall glasses. A serving is 1 cup, a peice of cheese, a yogurt.
