Ht. 5'2, Wt. 152 - I haven't been here for a long time.
I started doing 4 miles on the treadmill a day along with situps, pushups and stuff but now I'm just lazy...and just bumming arounddd and I think my stomach is getting bigger again.
STUPID, STUPID STOMACH! I eat healthy all the time but I've been slacking off on situps and crunches...are there any other easier exercises for the stomach? Also, I missed you all:) hope you lost a good amount of weight while I was gone lol.

Try the plank. Someone on here recommended it and it really works. Look it up on google under "the plank exercise"
