Ht. 5'6, Wt. 179 - HI im Tommy and I have a weight issue. I just am really fat my waist is also 48 in. I never really eat healthy because I hate healthy food. I live next to McDonalds so I eat there for lunch and dinner everyday. I can not wear tight shirts and my belly hangs over my pants. And when I swim I do not take off my shirt even though most of the kids in my neighborhood are obese any ways. I can not even run 1 quarter of a mild or do 2 pushups or situps. last year in school I broke my chair. I can not even ride a bike so I often invite kids over and play Xbox. Some hep please.

You weigh less than me and you are taller. You arent statistically obese even. Just thought you would like to know.

u should try lean cusine its very good. maybe u would like it? if u wanna lose weight u must put in effort. in the long run fast food isnt good for ur heart or health in general. and far from helping u lose weight. u can still have fast food but make healthier chocies. try there salad it taste really good. maybe instead of having mcdonalds for lunch and dinner u could throw in a salad for lunch and only have mcdonals for dinner? once u get serious about it, u'll automatically stay away from the junk. i was like a huge junk freak. but now i stay away from junk and if i do have i have a porponaite amount. like right now im majorly craving cake. but i told myself if i eat healthy all this week i will allow myself to have 1 slice of cake. that way im not over doing it.

I had the same problem. I HATED healthy food when I first started trying to lose weight. But I agree, just because its a healthy food does not mean it tastes bad. I found that out. Some of my personal advice would be to do some cardio for about 10-15mins a day (increase it to 30mins overtime), lift some weights, and eat three healthy meals a day. Make sure you choose foods that are not processed, made with white flour, or any sugar foods. Eat whole grains, vegtables, fruits, some protein, low dairy products and SOME fat. ( make sure they are good fats, and YES there is such a thing)
:) hope this advice helps, if you take it and keep working hard I guarentee you it will eventually if not right away work!
