Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 214 - Hey guys I'm back..And not only did i gain back the 10 lbs that i lost..but i added on another 4. not good. And i can tell, because my clothes don't fit me as well. I start school on wednesday..so my plan is to not eat breakfast (i start school at 8 and i can never eat before that because i get nasuated.) eat lunch at 12:00..(sandwhich, fruit, water) I have to walk AT LEAST a minimum of 30 minutes home every day. Sometimes more. Sometimes I'll walk to school depending if i'm at home or my moms. Then I'll have a snack at 2:30ish when I get home..a fruit or veggie. Then I'll eat dinner at 5:30-6:00ish which is usually a veggie burger, fat free hotdog, or grilled chicken with a small salad covered in french onion dressing? it's pretty good and only 50 calories, and i don't even use that much. For Desert I'll either have a yogurt or pudding cup for calcium and good fat :) I'm going to drink all water except for every 3 days i'll allow myself a gatorade or juice or something. For excersize besides walking from school and back, i plan on making dance routines. I've done it before. This is more like an online diary for me..I want to stay away from the computer as much as possible too. You guys always help me soo much. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WEIGHT GOALS. and you can SO DO IT!!! Don't give up. Here are some things i heard also..
TIP: Yogurt has 4 or 5 spoonfuls of sugar so make sure not to eat it too much..like some people eat 2 a day. TIP: If you were to stop drinking one can of soda every day, in one year you would lose 14 lbs..wow. TIP: Make sure that whenever you eat, you only restrict yourself to eating at the table..like bb said. If your lazy or watching tv and want to eat something..make sure you do it at the table. TIP: Chew gum while preparing meals and any other time when you feel like you just want to eat food out of bordness.

Thanks sarah. yeah about the yogurt.. i read in a health magazine..a doctor said that MOST yogurt has tons of sugar in it and people make it off as some healthy food. It's a good choice for a desert substitute rather then fatty cakes and cookies. But i know some people that eat it in excessive amounts. It's really good with all the calcium too! (i have some of the dannon yogurts) I have to say i prefer Yoplait in taste though! I'm definitley thinking about what i'm going to do for breakfast because i realized that after i get home it makes me want to eat more. so thanks for the tips! :)

you need to eat breakfast.. it's what speeds up your matabolism and helps you lose weight. so maybe you should just grab an apple or something to eat at school.. once you've waken up a little bit..cause i know exactly how you feel!!! but once i'm all up and moving and stuff.. i feel better..and trust me.. i fyou don't eat at all until 12.. you're going to be super hungry and might snack on bad things..and even over eat at lunch..sooo make sure you eat breakfast..if you can't do it before school..just pack a little something to take to school... ALSO.. not all yogurt has that much sugar. dannon light n fit yogurt has like 7 gms of sugar. and is only 60 calories with no fat.. (and that is for the bigger cup.. you can eat the smaller cups.. which have less.. and pluss that's most likely natural sugar from the fruit.. which is a lot b etter than added sugar.
