Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - I didn't even excercise today!!! But how did I do on eating?? Breakfast: honey smacks cereal w/ milk; Lunch: veggie sub on wheat bread from Quizno's w/ lettuce, tomato, olives, american and cheddar cheese, italian dressing, and guacamole, pepporchinis, baked sour cream and onion chips, and a bottle of diet coke; Snack: cherries; Dinner: spaghetti w/ sauce & parmesean cheese and a cup of milk; FEEDBACK PLEASE!

actually I did 40 minutes of tae bo (fat blasting cardio workout video!) tonight. =)

i WOULD say not bad, but since you didnt workout it was a little high in fat, sodium, and calories. The sandwich from quiznos was the worst. First of all processed cheese if bad for you, and you had TWO different kinds. And then the italian dressing(next time try something fat free) THEN you had guacamole on it! Guacamole is high in sodium and fat.
