Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - I am looking for feedback on how I'm doing as well as motivation and any tips! Please reply to my posts!!
Breakfast: honey smacks w/ milk & a banana; Lunch: 5 chicken nuggets w/ ketchup & 2 starbursts & sesame rolls & 100% fruit juice; Snack: bowl of fruit; Dinner: potato cakes w/ ketcup and grape jelly & asian salad & blackberries & a cup of milk; Dessert: an orange creamsicle; Excercise: picking up litter at my job, 20 minutes of tae bo-fat blasting cardio, and a 20 minute walk. How'd I do???

hey! your doing pretty good..and the starburst thing is good because if you dont have any sweets in along time you will crave even more and you will ruion your diet...but you are doing good!!! good luck
