Ht. 5'8, Wt. 320 - im suppose to intake 2800 calories a day to maintain my current weight and 2400 calories to lose 1-1 1/2 pounds per week but lately i have been eating like i normally do and i have been keeping a log of my calories and i never go over 2000 but i still gain weight so i have set a goal to eat 1500 calories per day and exercise according to statistics i should lose 3 pounds a week if i eat 1500 calories a day or you would lose 105 pounds per year do you think my goal is realistic this is what i ate today

Just because they are your favorite foods doesnt mean they are good for you. Cutting back on your favorites works, but if its still junk then that weight loss isnt going to add into health. If you must eat that stuff, at least eat organic brands. They avoid all those ingredients I listed.

maybe your reading the calorie labels on the foods you eat but then you dont actually have the same size portion. for example sometimes chocolate bars say they have 5 grams of fat on the nutrition information but its only for half the bar and the person eats the whole thing withouot reading the label properlly and so eating double or sometims even triple the amount of calories/ gms of fat etc without realising it. the same goes for most premade foods. anyways, monitor your portion sizes and good luck!

You're probably not losing weight because everything you are eating (besides the turkey) is horrible for you. Its full of trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, and hydrogenated ingredients. And 39 g of fat is A LOT. You should aim for 1500-1800 calories a day. Get 6 servings of grains, 2.5 cups veggies, 2 cups fruits, 3 servings dairy and 5 servings of protein based things. Go organic. If you expect to lose weight you cannot just focus on the amount of calories. You have to look at ingredients, and all numbers. For more info I highly reccommend mypyramid.gov.
