Ht. 5'8, Wt. 320 - im suppose to intake 2800 calories a day to maintain my current weight and 2400 calories to lose 1-1 1/2 pounds per week but lately i have been eating like i normally do and i have been keeping a log of my calories and i never go over 2000 but i still gain weight so i have set a goal to eat 1500 calories per day and exercise according to statistics i should lose 3 pounds a week if i eat 1500 calories a day or you would lose 105 pounds per year do you think my goal is realistic this is what i ate today
