Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Food today guys: Breakfast: slice of whole-granish, organic peacan and raisin bread with tad of light cream cheese, fat free yogurt, water. Lunch:light ham and cheese sandwhich,sugar free lowfat pudding with almonds,1 1/2 squares dark chocolate (for a little indulgence and antioxidents!)Snack: 3 animal crackers, 1 bag 100 cal Doritos, and 1/4 cup of punch at camp cuase I was thirsty! Dinner: tilapia (w/ about 2tp sauce made from 20 cal salsa, reduced fat sour cream, and avacadoes), 1 cup Alexia baked fries, 4 small oven baked shrimp, fresh tossed salad with mushrooms. It may sound like a lot but this summer I haven't been eating a lot of snacks betwen meals, and i'm gonna try to cut back on the junk I don't need, like Doritos and choc, All water today! Any comments?

Swap the 100 calorie pack for baked doritios, you get more bang for your buck.

Your breakfast was pretty much perfect. Lots of calcium and whole grain. Very good. The lunch was good. I especially liked the dark chocolate because it's a great treat. The almonds and pudding were good too. My only suggestion is you should swap the doritos for the 100 calorie pack. You can eat more for your 100 calories and I think they taste better. Other than that you did very well today.

Wow, on Tuesday I had the exact same stats as you, I was 170.8 and (still am) 5'4.. Weird! That sounds really healthy, good job! What kind of camp are you at? Right now I am 166.4 but we are still really similar. Good luck!
