Ht. tall, Wt. 200 - WHat is a good excersize routine for the morning..* b4 skewl) and at night (b4 bed) ? cuz i really need this and im starting my diet today.. this morning i had half a banana and put the other half on mutigrain bread .. but its not ime for lunch yet.. but doesn anyone have a good lunch idea. and a snack?
