Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Breakfast: Annie's Organic Frozen Veggie Pocket, water/Lunch: 1 cup pasta w/ sauce and 1 meatball, 1 slice of bread w/ olive oil, yogurt/ Exercise: very short walk/Snack: apple w/ caramel I know I'm not very blanced today but I still don't think I've doen too bad, for dinner I'll probably have asalad or like salmon with steamed veggies or soemthing. We're goin out to eat at this super healthy resturant near my house. :0)

Sounds pretty balanced. According to mypyramid.gov, you should leave a few calories for something with a little more sugar or fat in it in case you go over in your recommended amount. Good job for keeping your snack very healthy. Apples are good, and a little caramel won't hurt you. And your dinner sounds very very healthy.
