Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - i'm doing pretty good with eating, maybe like once in two days ill have two cookies just to treat myself. my birthday jsut passed and we had cake and stuff so im trying to get back on track of where i left off. im watching what i eat slower and slower.....jsut so i dont make a big change! okay then i do crunches 24/7 and i walk A LOTT around my neighborhood, and i ride my bike to my friends everyday and to school ((when it starts)) and in a week im gettin more serious....im not gunna have any plan just remembering to have FRUITS, VEGGIES,AND HEALTHY FOOD. milk at dinner and the rest of the day water. then i will do the ab lounge and the gazelle everyday.....and ill try to add in crunches...situps...and pushups.....sounds like a good plan? let me know.

thats good that you are doing excersice but the thing about eating once a day isn`t so good experts and docters say you should eat at least twice a day eating once a day can`t be so good for your health, also what helps a little bit and doesn`t make you gain weight is eating right like don`t eat til your full eat just enough to last you to next meal trust me it does help alot.

hah i will. i live my healthy life with my best friend cause shes like 15 pounds overweight and im like 25 so. yeahh. well do this all together.
