Ht. 5'6, Wt. CW:172 G1:160 G2:145 - BF: 3/4 cup of plain yogurt with 3/4 cup of granola and 1 cup of fruit (cut up strawberries, kiwis and blueberries)(500 cals)
L:sesame bagel with Light cream cheese (400 cals)
Snack: 1/2 cup of organic raisins, 8 peanuts, 1/2 of organic shreddies (NO MILK i just ate it dry) I mixed all this stuff together to make a sort of trail mix (300 cals)
D: coke (200 cals)
I know my dinner is really bad but I was out with friends and I wasn't able to get food its really late and I'm exhausted... 1400 cals today, yay. 40 min walk today too:)

Your calories are good. It didn't seem like you were getting any vegetables. Your fruit was okay. You seemed a little starved on the calicim. All you had was yogurt and cream cheese doesn't have that much. Don't worry about dinner. I know how eating habits with friends are. Me and my friends once went without dinner while we were hanging out and at around 2AM made a ceaser salad in her kitchen. We then ate it in her basement with chips ahoy. Anywhoo... make sure that even though your calories are okay your getting all your nutrients. That way you know you're losing weight safely and you'll keep it off. Good luck!!!!
