Ht. 5'2, Wt. 138 - Sorry if it seems like I'm posting a lot. But I have a lot of questions, considering this is my second week of eating healthy, and exercising. Ao still trying to get use to it.
Ok. If you exercise in the morning before school. Is it best to eat breakfast first then exercise. Or exercise first then have breakfast? Thanks.

Like sarah said, it is better to exercise FIRST thing when you wake up. The reason for this is lets say you eat dinner at 6pm and then go to sleep at 10pm you will be fasting for the time youre asleep, so if you wake up at 10am you will have slept 12 hours (youve been fasting for 12 hours) so if you exercise your body will use your stores to fuel yourself (and no it will not use your muscle stores). Make sure to have a healthy breakfast with lots of fiber afterwards. DRINK LOTS OF WATER

no..you should exercise before you eat... reason: if you exercise befor eyou eat.. you are burning stored fat. if you exercise after you eat.. all you are doing is buring the calories taht you ate..so if you want to lose fat..do it before.

i'd say having breakfast first. it'll jump start your metabolism so you can burn more calories.
