Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - I weigh around 150 pounds. I have a very busy life and most of you probably do too. So here's the thing can any of you tell me what i should eat every day in order to lose 3 pounds a week? Im in the need to lose weight. My goal is 115-120 pounds. When should i reach that goal? I like doing crunches, situps, and pushups are okay. I don't like running. I jog when i feel like it. I am muscular but im not fully muscular. i do plenty sports. Now can someone help me?

Drink water constantly. You may feel bloated but when you ... ahem ... urinate it gets rid of the water. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and healthy food and protein. Also, if you want to tone your legs, you could walk, which helps just as much as running if you emphasize every step - especially if you walk uphill. Good luck!

eat alot of fruits and vegetables and whole wheats and ban anything that has high fructose corn syrup or anything thats sugar free becuz its made with artificial sweetener that will make u gain weight so no diet sodas and drink mostly water and those Glaceau vitamin waters
