Ht. 5'4, Wt. idk anymoree - well why i said idk anymore is because my scale isnt working and it hasnt been and i believe i either gained or lost weight from last time i checked so yeahh. anyways. i woke up at 10:30 so i didnt have time for any breakfast so at 11:30 i had an early lunch which was a turkey and ham sandwhich on wheat bread with mayonasse. the good thing is my meat was 97% fat free so for 5 slices it was only 60 calories. then i had a cookie for a snack which was 80 calories. then i had a little peice of brownie which idk how much that was but it was like so small it was this little square of like an inch hah. then i am having an energy bar til dinner. then i had some propel water. good? give me advice if i ate anything wrong. plus i did weight lifting with 20 pounds on each arm which i could barely do so that was great for me i did about 6 on each arm. then i did the gazelle for a total of 15 minutes. then i did 50 jumping jacks. 50 squats. 50 pushups. and 50 crunches. good?

Reply from allie, Age 20 - 09/01/06 - IP#: 70.78.76.xxx those are good exercises to do to build muscles! are you also doing cardio, like jogging, skipping, walking, etc.? my suggestions would be to eat breakfast, even if its just something small. you can eat a bit more for lunch, have a yogurt or piece of fruit with your sandwich to keep you full longer so you dont end up craving junk food later in the day.
