Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.2lbs - OKay, dinner was as follow: diet coke, grilled fish in soy sauce (yummy!) with spicy brocoli and a small baked potato (tbs. of light sour cream and SMart Balance buttery spread on top). I'll admit I had a few slices of bread and oil...but this week I've been feeling so hungry that I wanted to make sure I was getting enough food, and now a s my period is winding down, I feel much less hungry. Like, I didn't have anyything between my afterschool snack and dinner. Also, I splurged and had 4 candy corns and a small slice of birthday cake, but you know what, oh well! I'll live! A healthy diet means you can indulge once in a while! Like, I can't remmeber the last time I had cake OR coke. LOL.

Great job!! Your right it's the human right to hace some cake or in my case icecream sometime to eat an enjoy in moderation. YOu have a goal but if you get it without sweets you will never keep it.
