Ht. 4'9, Wt. 119 - im very short for my age cuz i have a syndrome.i do lots of exercising like irish dancing, jazz dance, and acro.I also am making a habit of running up and down stairs.10times a day.my meal plan is. breakfast none unless plain sald,lunch sald with low cal dressing 5 cals.dinner eat like a handful.drinks.water flavoured with orange and crabnerry juice

Breakfast should be a bowl of high fiber cereal with low fat milk (1% or 2%) Lunch should be a lean turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard(0 cals) NO cheese or mayonaise. Snacks throughout the day can be fruit. THIS IS HEALTHY. what you are currently doing is BAD for your body you're depriving it of vitamins and minerals it needs to lose weight and MAINTAIN that weightloss.

Without breakfast your metabolism doesn't start till later adnit still isn't very fast then either. I recommend to start eating at least the carnation instant breakfats for breakfast.
